Dastras Foundation was founded over a decade ago by Miss Erfa and her sister. Miss Shaiza Shahid breathed new life into the project by erecting the school building in 2019.
The compassionate women behind the Dastras Foundation are Miss Shaiza, Miss Faiza and Miss Erfa. Miss Shaiza has over 32 years of experience as an educator.
Dastras Foundation works by offering the underprivileged various programs targeted towards women and school-going children. The programs we currently offer are accelerated learning, vocational training, and digital literacy.
The target beneficiaries are all the people in the 4 villages that Dastras Foundation is currently working with.
To date, we have successfully worked with over 300 women and children, with the number escalating every day.
To help a large portion of women and children, we do not have an age limit restriction. However, the youngest age that we take students onboard is 6 years.
